Inventory and Allocation Specialist

Wolff-ST, LLC is a privately held Women’s Fashion Footwear company located in Fenton, Missouri. We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Allocation Specialist to develop, manage, and strategically distribute footwear inventory to retail stores, ensuring the right styles, sizes, and quantities are in the right place at the right time to maximize sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities Inventory Distribution: Analyze sales data, manage stock levels, plan for product launches, collaborate with Product and Store teams to meet business goals, adjust allocations based on performance, trends, and store capacity. (initial allocation, replenishment, store to store transfers). Sales & Inventory Analysis: Monitor sales, inventory levels, and performance by store by size to identify opportunities/issues, execute changes based on analysis. Replenishment Management: Ensure stores are consistently re-stocked with needed items. Strategic Planning: Plan allocations for promotions, seasonal events, and new product launches. Collaboration: Work with Product team and Store Operations to align strategies. Problem-Solving: Address stock shortages, overages, and manage product life cycles Reporting: Track key metrics and report on performance and insights. Qualifications · Bachelor's degree and / or 2–5+ years of merchandising / allocation experience, preferably in women’s footwear · Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions · Proficiency with allocation software and systems. · Experience working with merchandising systems and Excel (advanced preferred) · Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Fenton, MO 63026 (Required) Work Location: In person
