This role focuses on developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue through solution-based sales of chemical injection systems and related equipment.Duties & Essential Job FunctionsGenerate revenue through both new and existing client basesDevelop strategies to penetrate major account targetsLeverage field-level relationships to identify key decision makers at corporate levels for joint business development across regionsUnderstand customer needs and present custom-engineered chemical injection solutions to oil and gas producers and chemical service providersIncrease sales within existing accounts while consistently meeting or exceeding targetsMaintain strong customer relationships through scheduled meetings, business reviews, and surveysSell directly to operators, engineering firms, chemical program managers, and service providersParticipate in networking activities to expand customer relationships and identify new opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM and expense reporting through weekly highlights, contact updates, and reportsAttend periodic sales meetings at the corporate office in Mandeville, LAQualificationsProven hunter mentality and track record of driving revenue and account growthProficient in technical or engineered equipment salesSuccessful history of selling high-quality products in a niche or industrial marketExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to engage confidently with all levels of an organization, from field techs to executivesSolid understanding of the oil and gas industry and chemical injection applicationsStrong business acumen with advanced negotiation skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systemsWillingness to travel up to 60% (by car and air)Highly organized, methodical, and capable of managing multiple prioritiesSelf-motivated and collaborative; results-oriented mindsetReliable transportation required3–5 years of sales experience in industrial or oil and gas markets requiredEstablished contacts in the Permian Basin strongly preferredBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred
