We are looking for a relationship-driven professional to connect with clients, provide tailored coverage solutions, and drive agency sales growth.Minimum Requirements:Eighteen (18) years of ageHigh School Diploma or GEDOne (1) year of experience in customer serviceBilingual English / SpanishJob Duties:Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insuranceNetwork with potential customersEducate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needsEvaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when neededMaintain all insurance documents in a confidential wayEmployer Notes:This employer will perform a background check prior to the first day of employmentHours:Day shift; 25 hours per weekWages:$20 per hour (possible raise in 6 months)Bonus for new clientsLanguage skill requirement or preference: Business has a large customer base of Spanish speakers. The agent needs to read insurance policies and explain coverage to customers.
