Overview:We’re hiring a Head of Amazon to own and scale our Amazon channel end-to-end. This is a newly created role driven by rapid growth and increasing demand, with full ownership across strategy, execution, and performance.Key Responsibilities:Own and grow the Amazon business across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P)Lead Amazon strategy across 200+ SKUs, optimizing listings, content, and conversionOversee Amazon Advertising (budgeting, testing, performance), initially managing an external agency with a plan to bring this in-houseImprove brand presence (storefront, PDPs, creative) in partnership with internal marketingDrive operational excellence across listings, inventory, and order managementBuild and scale the Amazon function, with opportunity to hire and lead a teamRequirements (Non-Negotiable):7+ years of Amazon experience across 1P and 3PDeep experience with Vendor Central and Seller CentralStrong expertise in Amazon Advertising and performance optimizationProven track record of scaling Amazon revenue and improving conversionNice to Have:Agency background (with desire to own a single brand end-to-end)Experience in electronics or regulated/safety-rated productsCompensation & Benefits:$140K approx salary budgetProfit sharing tied to company performanceHealth benefits401(k) with matchPTO
