This individual will play a critical role in guiding manufacturing and distribution organizations through ERP assessments, solution design, implementation, optimization, and post-go-live support.The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, strong business process knowledge, and hands-on Epicor functional expertise across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and production operations. This is a highly client-facing role requiring exceptional communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.This position involves regular travel to customer locations across the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ERP discovery sessions and operational process reviews with client stakeholdersAnalyze current-state workflows and design future-state business process recommendationsDevelop detailed business process documentation, functional requirements, and implementation plansConfigure and align Epicor Kinetic functionality to support customer operational requirementsFacilitate workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing activitiesSupport full ERP lifecycle initiatives including pilot testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare supportAssist customers with operational best practices related to manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, planning, and fulfillmentProvide ongoing consulting and advisory services to existing ERP customersCollaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project deliveryMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiativesRequired Experience & QualificationsExtensive hands-on experience implementing Epicor ERP / Epicor Kinetic in manufacturing or distribution environmentsProven success participating in multiple full-cycle ERP implementationsStrong understanding of:Order management and quotingPurchasing and procurementInventory control and warehouse operationsProduction management and shop floor executionEngineering and bill of materials structuresPlanning, forecasting, and MRPScheduling and resource managementQuality processes and compliance workflowsExperience facilitating business process reviews and translating findings into actionable ERP solutionsAbility to estimate project effort, training requirements, and implementation timelinesStrong documentation and presentation skillsExperience supporting ERP cutover and post-production environmentsComfortable working directly with executive leadership, operations teams, and end usersPreferred QualificationsExperience with:Epicor Product ConfiguratorData migration and conversion activitiesWarehouse mobility solutions and MES environmentsEDI integrationsLabeling or packaging automation solutionsCRM and customer service workflowsBackground in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain managementAPICS, CPIM, or related industry certifications preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferredAdditional ExpectationsAbility to maintain Epicor certifications and stay current on platform enhancementsWillingness to travel extensively to customer sites and industry eventsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyCommitment to high-quality client service and collaborative team engagementAbility to work independently in a consulting-focused environmentWhat’s OfferedFlexible work environmentCompetitive compensation packageHealth and retirement benefitsPaid time offOpportunity for long-term career growth within a rapidly expanding consulting organizationCollaborative, team-oriented culture focused on professional development and client success
