The firm represents corporations, insurers, and financial services companies in matters involving substantial legal and financial exposure.ResponsibilitiesManage key aspects of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft pleadings, discovery responses, and substantive motionsConduct and defend depositionsSupport litigation strategy in complex, multi-party mattersWork directly with clients and internal teamsQualifications4–8 years of litigation experienceJudicial clerkship preferredStrong writing, research, and advocacy skillsExperience with complex litigation or class actions is a plusActive California bar license requiredCompensation & BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is between $160,000 – $225,000.
