Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of Wireline Outside Plant Construction Project Management experienceStrong Fiber Overbuild / FTTH experienceProven customer-facing project management experienceStrong data manipulation and reporting skillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting)Experience managing construction crew workload and forecastingUnderstanding of Work-in-Progress reporting and 90-day forecastingAbility to interpret construction prints / blueprints and site layoutsFamiliarity with OSHA regulationsDesired Skills & ExperiencePMP Certification (preferred)Experience supporting telecom clientFamiliarity with Google Drive & SheetsFamiliarity with Quick BaseOutside Plant construction backgroundWhat You Will Be DoingCoordinate all activities involved in Wireline OSP construction operationsRun Fiber Overbuild (FTTH) projectsServe as liaison between Supervisors and CustomersCommunicate daily and weekly with homeowners and customersSchedule and forecast construction crew workloadManage change orders and ensure pre-approval and margin protectionMaintain accurate forecasting and project reportingWork directly with municipalities to secure and manage permitsHost customer meetings and manage escalationsTrack production, overage job management, and market productivity metricsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesTech BreakdownWireline Fiber (FTTH Overbuild)Buried and Aerial Fiber ConstructionMicrosoft Excel (Advanced functions required)Project tracking and forecasting systemsGoogle Drive / Sheets (preferred)Quick Base (preferred)
