One day you might be installing a new furnace, and the next you could be servicing an existing system — no two days are the same. You'll interact with customers daily throughout our service areas, representing our company with professionalism and care. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and strong work ethic Minimum 2 years' experience in residential HVAC installation and/or service Organized, efficient, and able to solve problems independently Professional, patient, and respectful communication with customers Must live within 15 miles of our location for on-call and service response times What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle provided after 90 days Commissions: 5% on technician sales and 3% on service work On-call rotation with 3 hours of OT pay for any call + time for parts Weekly pay periods Paid vacation, PTO, and sick time Flexible time off and employee discounts Referral program and advancement opportunities Year-round work no layoffs!
