Electrical Foreman

Position Title: Foreman ElectricianFLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-ExemptReports To: Director of OperationsLocation: Laguna Niguel, CA; 100% Travel in CaliforniaSummary: The Foreman Electrician is a member of the EcoGreen Solutions installation team. This position is responsible for overseeing the lighting installation, maintenance, retrofits, and upgrades to new and more energy-efficient lighting for our clients, provided by the installation team.Supervisory Responsibilities:Overseeing multiple teams installersOnsite safety coordinator for each installation teamEnsures installers are performing work safely using required PPE and safety techniquesCoordinates install scheduling with Director of OperationsManage installation timelines and complete work ordersResponsibilities:Provide interior and exterior lighting installations and repairs for multiple customer locationsWork with all electrical related components including various types of sensors, drives, and low- and high-voltage wiringReport job site issues related to safety to manager and safety coordinatorContinue to learn and comply with fire, safety, and other emergency practicesComply with all company safety policies and proceduresComplete work ordersQualifications:High School Diploma or GED EquivalentNon-Residential Lighting Technician Certification and Journeyman CertificationValid Driver's LicenseMinimum of 5 years' experience in electrical work or lighting installationKnowledge of basic hand and power tools requiredStrong problem-solving and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently and as a team playerLanguage: English and Spanish RequiredScissor/boom lift certificationMust be able to lead teams and have good communicationPhysical/Environmental Requirements:Ability to lift 50lbs - 80lbs independentlyPosition requires sitting or standing for long periods of time (8+ hours)Ability to maneuver on ladders, scaffolding, and scissor/boom lift to reach lighting fixturesAbility to move ladders up to: 14' A-Frame ladders and 28' extension laddersPosition works outside 90% of the time and up to 65 feet heightsPosition works with voltage up to 480 volts with proper PPETravel:Position requires travel up to 100% within the state of CaliforniaPosition will be required to stay in hotels as needed to be close to work environmentPosition requires driving and will be subject to a MVR check
