Onsite Role.Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated AbInitio Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and ETL processes using AbInitio software. This role requires a deep understanding of data processing, transformation, and management to support our data-driven initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Development:Design and develop ETL processes using AbInitio to meet business requirements.Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data integration solutions.Collaborate with data architects, data analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Data ManagementDevelop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses and other target systems.Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Optimize data workflows and troubleshoot any issues to maintain seamless data operations.Performance TuningAnalyze and optimize existing ETL processes to improve performance and efficiency.Monitor and manage data integration jobs to ensure timely and accurate data processing.Documentation And SupportCreate and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows.Provide support to resolve data-related issues and assist with data analysis tasks.Assist in the deployment and maintenance of data integration solutions in production environments.Compliance And SecurityAnalyze and optimize existing ETL processes to improve performance and efficiency.Monitor and manage data integration jobs to ensure timely and accurate data processing.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.ExperienceProven experience as an AbInitio Developer or in a similar ETL development role.Experience in financial services or banking industry is highly desirable.Technical SkillsProficiency in AbInitio software, including GDE, Co>Operating System, EME, and Conduct>IT.Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata).Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and architectures.Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.Familiarity with other ETL tools and data integration technologies is a plus.Soft SkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
