Job Summary:

Join our team as a Registered Nurse - ICU where you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit. As a Registered Nurse - ICU, you will be responsible for delivering specialized nursing care, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Duties:
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment such as ventilators and infusion pumps.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Prior experience in ICU or critical care setting preferred.
- Knowledge of internal medicine practices.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health records systems.
