Estimator – Commercial Construction (Wisconsin) *Looking for Junior to Senior ESTIMATORS*We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a collaborative Preconstruction team supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, and institutional projects across Wisconsin and the Midwest.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved early in the project lifecycle, influencing design decisions, and delivering accurate, competitive budgets that set projects up for success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for new construction and renovation projectsPerform quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and scope reviewsSolicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor bidsCollaborate closely with preconstruction managers, project managers, architects, engineers, and ownersIdentify cost risks, scope gaps, alternates, and value-engineering opportunitiesAssist with GMP development and support client presentations as neededMaintain estimating databases and ensure accurate documentation throughout preconstructionQualificationsExperience in construction estimating or preconstruction (GC or CM background preferred)Strong understanding of construction means & methods and subcontractor scopesAbility to manage multiple estimates at varying stages concurrentlyProficiency with estimating software and ExcelStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetProject TypesFood & beverage and manufacturing facilitiesHealthcare and institutional buildingsCommercial and industrial developmentsMid‑ to large‑scale projects with complex scopesLocation & Work EnvironmentBased in WisconsinLimited local travel for site walks and meetingsTeam-oriented environment with long-term career growth opportunities
