This role drives end-to-end application development, influences enterprise architecture decisions, and leads high-impact initiatives across both front-end and back-end platforms. The overall objective is to deliver robust, secure, and scalable solutions while setting engineering standards and guiding development teams. Job Duties • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React) • Drive end-to-end ownership of application delivery, from requirements and design through development, testing, and deployment • Define and enforce best practices for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation aligned with enterprise architecture standards • Partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives • Resolve complex, high-impact technical challenges through deep analysis of business processes, system flows, and industry standards • Provide architectural guidance and ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and high-performing • Lead development of microservices, APIs (REST/GraphQL), and cloud-native solutions • Utilize advanced understanding of data structures, object-oriented design, and system integration patterns • Drive innovation through adoption of modern development practices, including CI/CD, DevOps, and AI-assisted development tools • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, providing technical leadership and oversight • Contribute to strategic planning by identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process optimization • Ensure adherence to risk, governance, and compliance standards, proactively identifying and managing system and operational risks #CT1 **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
