Project Manager

Project Manager• Acts as the primary point of intake for DevOps product team• Owns the product end to end including the technical and functional roadmap• Evangelizes a strong customer focus, serving as the voice of the customer with engineering resources to support technology investments.• Leads product grooming and sprint planning sessions with appropriate engineering resources• Act as functional SME for the development team• Develops a high level understanding of all products and technology managed by the team• Ensures Operational support and monitoring for the managed products• Partners with business and internal/external stakeholders to understand current customer experiences, identifies areas of opportunity, creates the product vision and product roadmap.• Partners with the Business to articulate product scope, ROI and benefits• Manages the prioritization of the product backlog with key development and business stakeholders• Collaborates with stakeholders and engineering to plan product releases• Views the big picture of challenges facing customers (policy, process, technology) and creatively defines solutions• Effectively communicate product details (design, technical, functional) to both technical and non-technical audiences
