Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining swimming pools, performing basic maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working in the field, traveling between designated service locations, and ensuring clients' pools meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.***MUST have Own Truck for Driving to and from Accounts to Service.***QualificationsStrong skills in Maintenance & Repair related to pool equipment and systems / No Experience - Training Available (Paid While Trained)MUST HAVE OWN TRUCK to carry supplies to and from AccountsProficiency in Field Service operations, including working on-site at multiple locations dailyStrong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and professionalismReliable transportation and a valid driver's license and Your Own Truck VehicleAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyPrior experience in pool maintenance or a related field is a plusComfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditionsBasic familiarity with pool chemicals and safety protocols is beneficialPaid per Pool/Spa you Service (Have as Many or as Little as you Want/Need)
