Reporting directly to the Director of Tennis, this role oversees all aspects of junior tennis programming, including program development, coaching, staff management, budgeting, and special events. The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who is passionate about junior development and committed to delivering a high-quality, results-driven tennis experience aligned with MAC values.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram DevelopmentDesign, implement, and manage tennis programs tailored to junior players of varying ages, skill levels, and developmental needsDevelop and document structured lesson plans for all junior programsCreate a clear pathway to guide players from recreational participation to competitive playIncorporate USTA, UTR, Junior Team Tennis (JTT), and local tournaments into the junior curriculumCoaching & Player DevelopmentProvide high-quality coaching and instruction with a focus on skill development, strategy, and sportsmanshipTeach group lessons, private lessons, and junior programs as neededMeet regularly with lead coaches to stay informed on player development and lesson plansServe as a passionate and inspirational advocate for junior tennis participationLeadership & AdministrationPlan, manage, and perform all administrative tasks necessary for the operation of the junior tennis programManage staff scheduling, coaching assignments, and daily operationsConsistently demonstrate leadership behaviors aligned with MAC valuesCompensation & Work ScheduleCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary, commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and development within a premier club environment
