Role Description The General Manager will oversee the overall operations of a restaurant location to achieve business goals, financial success, and team engagement. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, leading and coaching staff, managing budgets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards. The General Manager will also play a significant role in recruiting, training, and retaining team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Philadelphia area. Qualifications Team leadership, staff development, and conflict resolution skillsFinancial management capabilities, including managing budgets and profit-and-loss performanceOperations management experience and expertise in inventory control, scheduling, and standard operating proceduresStrong customer service and relationship-building skills for maintaining positive guest experiencesExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skillsAbility to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysExperience in restaurant management is highly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field is a plus
