Server/Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, following proper procedures
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals
- Assist with bussing duties as needed to maintain a clean dining area
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation and basic math skills is beneficial
- Strong guest service skills and the ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
