Benefits:401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insuranceOpportunity for advancementWe are seeking an experienced Senior Home Technology Installer & Project Manager to lead residential audio, video, networking, smart home, and CCTV projects from pre-wire through final commissioning. This role is ideal for a highly skilled technician who is ready to take ownership of projects, lead field teams, interface with clients and builders, and ensure exceptional execution and customer satisfaction.This is a hands-on leadership role — you will both manage projects and actively participate in installation and system configuration.Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead residential AV, smart home, networking, and surveillance projects from kickoff to completionReview proposals, plans, and scope of work to ensure accurate executionCoordinate with homeowners, builders, electricians, and other tradesManage job timelines, labor allocation, and material procurementConduct site walks and progress meetingsEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standardsInstallation & Technical Execution Perform and oversee pre-wiring, trim-out, and final installationInstall and configure:Distributed audio systems (e.g., Sonos, Control4, etc.)Home theaters and media roomsTV mounting and structured wiringNetworking equipment (routers, switches, access points)CCTV systems (IP cameras, NVRs, remote access setup)Smart home systems (lighting control, automation, water monitoring, etc.)Terminate, label, and test low-voltage wiringRack build-out and clean cable managementSystem programming and client handoffLeadership & Client ExperienceSupervise and mentor junior techniciansMaintain high installation standards and jobsite cleanlinessCommunicate clearly and professionally with clientsConduct system walkthroughs and training at project completionSupport service department with escalated troubleshooting when neededQualifications 5+ years experience in residential AV, low-voltage, or smart home installationProven experience managing projects and leading teamsStrong knowledge of:Home networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, WiFi optimization)Distributed audio/video systemsCCTV systems and remote access configurationStructured wiring best practicesAbility to read blueprints and wiring schematicsClean, organized rack-building and cable management skillsStrong troubleshooting abilitiesValid driver’s license and clean driving record Preferred Certifications (not required but a plus):Control4, Savant, or Crestron certificationNetworking certifications (Ubiquiti, Araknis, Cisco, etc.)Low-voltage or security licensing (as required by state)What We’re Looking ForA leader who takes ownership of projectsDetail-oriented and quality-drivenCalm under pressure and solutions-focusedProfessional and client-friendlyPassionate about technology and staying current with industry trendsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance bonusesCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)Paid time offOngoing training and certification opportunitiesCareer growth into senior operations or technical leadership rolesWhy Join Us?We are not just installers — we are long-term technology partners for our clients.
