Salon Coordinator

Salon Patrick in the lovely Aurora, Ohio is looking for a full-time Salon Coordinator to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and fun team! As the Salon Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of the salon. You’ll be the first and last impression for our guests, keeping the front desk running smoothly while supporting our stylists and delivering an exceptional guest experience. What You’ll Do Greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and check-ins/check-outs Handle phone calls, texts, and in-person inquiries with excellent customer service Support daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment Assist with retail sales and product knowledge Restocking inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Communicate effectively with stylists and leadership to ensure smooth flow of the day Handle multiple tasks at once while staying calm, upbeat, and detail-oriented What We’re Looking For A friendly, energetic, and professional attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent phone etiquette Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment A team player who enjoys working with people Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Previous customer service, hospitality, or salon experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and basic accounting principles such as retail math is essential What We Offer Full-time, stable position Fun, energetic, and supportive team environment Opportunity to grow within a professional salon setting Employee discounts on services and products A positive workplace where your personality and people skills shine We value every team member’s contribution and provide a supportive environment where you can grow your skills while making a positive impact every day.
