Personnel Manager
The LPO Personnel Manager primarily serves as a bridge between the Music Director and the ensemble by coordinating musicians and supporting the musical operations of the Lowell Philharmonic. The personnel manager is expected to:
Maintain an updated roster of musicians and substitutes
Communicate rehearsal schedules, concert dates and important updates
Confirm musician availability and track attendance
Fill vacant positions as needed in coordination with the Music Director
Ensure compliance with LPO's absence and attendance policies
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
