Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. This full-time opportunity offers an engaging environment for passionate educators who thrive on supporting diverse learners and collaborating with a dedicated team.Responsibilities include:Providing individualized instruction and specialized support to students in 1st through 4th grade within a resource classroom, with occasional push-in services as neededDeveloping, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with colleagues and familiesCoordinating closely with 1:1 paraeducators and behavior analysts to create a positive, structured learning atmosphereManaging a caseload of approximately 15-20 students, with a focus on fostering both academic progress and socio-emotional growthCollaborating with other case managers, general education teachers, and related service providers to ensure holistic support for studentsMaintaining accurate and timely documentation related to student performance, goals, and communicationDesired experience and qualifications:Active New Hampshire Educator Teaching Certification in Special EducationDemonstrated experience as a Special Education Teacher with elementary-aged students, specifically grades 1-4Strong knowledge of special education laws, IEP processes, and best practices in inclusive educationEffective communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to professional growth and ongoing collaborationThis contract runs from August 31st, 2026 through June 17th, 2026, with possible pre- and post-planning days.
