Our client is seeking a Junior Front-End Developer to support digital optimization initiatives through A/B and multivariate (MVT) testing. This role will focus on building, implementing, and validating experiments that enhance digital member experiences and drive measurable business outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain A/B and MVT tests using Optimizely, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Collaborate with Optimization Advisors and business stakeholders to evaluate test feasibility and define optimal experiment configurations.Write, review, test, and debug experiment code to ensure accuracy, performance, and statistical validity.Provide technical support for internal tools used by the digital optimization team.Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and team meetings to ensure timely delivery.Required SkillsProficiency in vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Experience or exposure to Optimizely or similar experimentation platforms.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.Position is onsite in San Antonio. Role does not offer relocation and sponsorship is not available.
