Director of Sales
We are seeking a strategic and highly driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth across our multi-brand portfolio, including WonderFold, WonderFold Outdoor, and WonderFold Pet. This leader will own the sales strategy across all wholesale and retail channels, build strong partner relationships, and develop a high-performing sales organization to accelerate long-term growth in the US market.This is a key leadership role that partners closely with executive leadership, marketing, product, and operations to shape go-to-market strategy, expand market presence, and maximize revenue opportunities.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:Drive Sales Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute an annual, multi-channel sales strategy to deliver aggressive revenue growth targetsDefine clear KPIs, forecasting models, and performance goals across all sales channelsBuild channel segmentation strategies and tailor approaches by customer type, account, and product lineIdentify new market opportunities, categories, and licensing pathways to expand brand reachBuild & Grow Key Retail PartnershipsLead relationships with major retail partners and key specialty accountsNegotiate high-impact programs and agreements that drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and improve profitabilityDevelop tailored growth strategies for top accounts and ensure strong execution across in-store and digital channelsConduct regular engagement with key accounts and field sales teams to strengthen relationships and drive performanceLead a High-Performing Sales OrganizationLead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers, and Sales SupportEstablish strong operating rhythms including weekly alignment, forecasting, and performance trackingBuild a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvementDrive Insight-Backed Decision MakingAnalyze sales performance, market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape to inform strategyTranslate data into actionable insights and present recommendations to executive leadershipSet annual and quarterly targets for wholesale and key account channelsPartner Cross-Functionally to Win in MarketCollaborate with Marketing to develop impactful, account-specific campaigns and trade programsPartner with Product Development to align assortment strategy with market demand and provide feedback on new product directionWork with Operations to ensure seamless execution of wholesale orders and launchesSupport successful go-to-market execution for new product introductions and expansion initiativesInfluence at the Executive LevelOwn visibility into wholesale performance and provide strategic updates to executive leadershipContribute to annual planning, revenue forecasting, and budget developmentDevelop incentive and performance programs that motivate and align the sales organizationRequired Skills/Abilities:Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace or related software.Excellent verbal and written skills.Ability to type 60 words per minute.Ability to maintain confidential information.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
