Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations, performing repairs, and leading a team of technicians to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Pay range: $25 to $40 per hour Required skills Minimum of 21 years of age. Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices. Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must pass any required pre-employment screenings and background checks. Desired skills Previous experience in the cannabis industry or a regulated environment. Certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the cannabis sector. Experience with inventory management and maintenance scheduling. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
