We deliver multi-site programs to the restaurant, grocery, fuel and convenience store, retail, and government sectors nationwide.The Project Manager is part of a program management team within Sevan's Construction Services team, managing the pipeline of proposals for our multiple clients. This role assists the Senior Project Manager with the documentation, administration, and tracking of construction project proposals and pipeline from the lead identification through proposal submission and lessons learned. Directions on specific tasks are assigned by either the Senior Project Manager or Executive level team members.Essential Duties and Responsibilities;Coordinate the proposal process and instill positive team culture on multi-contractor proposal efforts.Set up project opportunities in company project management systems, including all required project documentation.Develop schedule, compliance matrix, and outlines for proposals. Facilitate kick-offs, reviews, briefings, and related meetings.Update status of proposals and key milestone dates in company project management systems.Coordinate the activities by numerous section authors to produce high quality, winning proposals while meeting stringent schedule requirements.Collaborate with other functional departments (Legal, Safety, Estimating, HR, Operations) to assure an integrated proposal approach.Organize proposal content, including assessment of quality and form, and provide feedback and direction to the proposal team.Review final proposal production including coordinating desktop publishing, editing, and proofreading.Maintain professional correspondence with client points of contact. Research targeted opportunities, organize dissemination of material, and use platforms to effectively support and track clients and opportunities.Contribute to resource-informed Bid/No Bid decisions.Assist Project Controls and Estimating Teams with Knowledge Management.Facilitate lessons learned and implement continuous process improvement providing training and support of referenced tasks as needed.Maintains confidentiality with sensitive or proprietary information on behalf of project team.Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and composition as well as writing, editing, with superior oral communication, and interpersonal skills, an accomplished developer and writer of proposal sections.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree, preferred5-7 years related experience and/or trainingExperience of multi-site construction or government projectsDynamic personality with strong leadership skills.Knowledge of MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams.Knowledge of Smartsheets, required Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to manage multiple task orders simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, conflicting deadlines, changing instructions, and strong personalities.Experience with federal, state government, DoD RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and related solicitation documents.This is a remote-based role. Travel required (0-20%) nationally in the U.S. on an as needed basis.
