RoleJoin our dynamic team as a Production Associate (also known as Machine Operator, Manufacturing Technician). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation of assigned machines, meeting production requirements and customer specifications. This role includes direct responsibility for data entry into our ERP system, operating various machinery, and packaging products for shipment.BenefitsCompetitive pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, and paid time off.Day shift, Monday to Friday schedule.Qualifications5+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with lathe/slitting/machine operation experience preferred.Ability to lift 35 lbs and operate a forklift safely.PC proficiency and working knowledge of ERP systems preferred.
