Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Officer at our Salt Lake City, UT office. The Escrow Officer will manage real estate closings, review and prepare escrow documents, facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and lenders, and ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines is a key responsibility of the role. Additionally, providing excellent customer service and a seamless closing experience are integral parts of this position. Qualifications Proficiency in Closings and Escrow processes, including document preparation and compliance with regulatory requirementsKnowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions, including title policies and property-related documentationExperience as a Notary and familiarity with notarization proceduresStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse stakeholdersKeen attention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to work on-site full-time in Salt Lake City, UTExperience in title insurance or real estate-related roles is a plus
