Apply to this 1st shift opportunity in Franksville, WI today!Repair Technician Responsibilities:- Perform advanced repair, prep, and refinishing of painted components- Execute precision sanding, masking, and paint application techniques- Ensure exact color matching and flawless final finishes- Maintain strict quality control standards on every job- Follow and apply specific methods and finishing processes- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace- Manage personal workflow and assist in leading a small team (12 team members)- Take full ownership of work quality from start to finishRequirements for Repair Technician:- Direct, hands-on experience in automotive, motorcycle, or custom paint/refinishing (required)- Proven ability to produce high-end, defect-free finishes- Strong understanding of paint prep, application, and finishing techniques- High attention to detail and quality standards- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Demonstrated reliability, consistency, and accountability- Leadership capability or experience supervising small teams- Complete and verifiable employment history- Experience in custom or specialty paint work preferred- Experience with high-end or show-quality finishing standards preferred- Familiarity with advanced paint systems, color matching, and detailing techniques preferred
