Job Title: Licensing AnalystJob DescriptionThe Licensing Analyst will conduct research on licensing regulations and communicate with vendors to ensure licenses remain current. This role involves tracking licensing status to determine the continuity of business operations.Responsibilities+ Maintain an up-to-date database of all licenses and certifications.+ Monitor expiration dates and initiate renewal processes promptly.+ Assess licensing status to confirm business operations remain compliant.+ Research and due diligence of all license and permits+ Applying for all applicable licenses and permits+ Communicating with outside entities/jurisdictions (state, county and city) regarding license and permits+ Managing and maintaining documentation and coordinate activities related to a wide variety of regulatory agencies+ Maintaining project plans for new integration projects both before and after the transaction+ Maintaining Smartsheet and OneNote project page+ Following‐up on all license and permit submittals, ensuring the process is complete and hard copy has been received+ Supporting Integration, Facilities, Construction, and sign vendors with any new projects' regulatory compliance requestEssential Skills+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.+ Experience with licensing procedures.+ Ability to perform invoice analysis.+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP.+ Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.+ Project management capabilities.+ Experience in licensing renewals is beneficial.Work EnvironmentThis is a 4 day work week - 10 hours/day, Monday-Thursday. The work environment is highly team-oriented, emphasizing guiding principles and a strong culture. Team engagements occur weekly, and breakfast is provided on Friday mornings. The facility is new and offers a meal plan option, free coffee, a gym, access to an outdoor track around the lake, and covered parking. The team comprises five other licensing analysts, and the role involves collaboration on licensing renewals.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
