The Continuing Education Program Coordinator will communicate with State Boards of Chiropractic, educational partners, students, faculty, and practitioners in the field. Accurate data management and reporting, including regulatory, financial, registration, and website data, are key aspects of the position. The duties described below are not limited or prescriptive but should act as a general guide toward achieving the goals of the department as best as possible. Flexibility and adaptability will always be necessary as it pertains to changing workloads and focus.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and CommunicationsAct as the first point of contact for CE inquiries and answer them appropriately with professionalism and courtesy.Serve as primary liaison for external sponsors, instructors, and organizations, and provide accurate information and customer service.Maintain the college’s continuing education website.Assist in preparing events for communications, announcements, promotions, and marketing materials.Administrative and Logistical SupportAssistant in maintaining and updating workflows and standard operating procedures for recurring tasks.Maintain a master calendar of CE activities. Work closely with educational partners, on and off-site departments, and venues to coordinate and produce events and seminars in a highly regulated environment.Prepare event materials such as notebooks, registration lists, nametags, timecards, etc.Produce on-site education programs, including coordinating dates, times, rooms, scheduling and training monitors, overseeing setup and AV, gathering evaluations, etc.Coordinate and manage registration for The WAVE, Nexus, and other CE-related events.Recruit, train, and supervise student employees and event volunteers. Compliance and Regulatory OversightEnsure all CE offerings meet state board requirements.Work with various state boards/ government offices to manage regulatory approval for events and seminars.Ensure all CE recordkeeping complies with regulatory standards for audits, renewals, and accreditation.Records and Data ManagementProcess certificates of completion for CE seminars.Prepare contracts, sponsorship agreements, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs). Compile and report on data from registration and attendance reports, seminar evaluations, and other CE sources.Support the department’s tracking of CE financial transactions, including registration fees, instructor payments, and budget reconciliation.Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission and goals of Life Chiropractic College WestQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Ability to comprehend and act upon complex regulatory and compliance requirements.Strong customer service skills.Event management experience.Strong technology skills.Experience compiling, analyzing, and reporting data.Ability to work independently.Teamwork-oriented with solid collaboration skills.Ability to handle complex and confidential information.Ability to multitask and complete many projects with overlapping schedules and priorities.Expert user of Google Workspace including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar, and Meets.
