FP&A Analyst (Large Public Accounting Experience) | Hybrid – Houston

OVERVIEWStep into a high-impact FP&A role supporting a rapidly expanding North American business. This position partners directly with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, strengthen financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making at the executive level.You won’t just report numbers—you’ll influence them.LOCATION & STRUCTURE920 Memorial City Way, Houston, TX Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote Full-time (W2) Reports to: FP&A Manager, North America WHAT YOU’LL OWNLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units Deliver executive-level reporting and translate data into actionable insights Support month-end close and consolidation activities Improve data accuracy and consistency across ERP, BI, and reporting systems Build, track, and analyze KPIs to drive performance and accountability Bridge data across multiple systems (ERP, consolidation, reporting tools) Partner with Finance and operational teams on strategic and ad hoc analysis Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting tools  WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 5–7 years of FP&A or related experience in a complex, multi-entity environment Big 4 (Audit or Advisory) experience strongly preferred Advanced Excel (financial modeling, data analysis) Experience with OneStream or similar consolidation/reporting tools Power BI or comparable data visualization tools Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into insights HOW YOU OPERATEDetail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, self-directed, and solutions-focused Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders Collaborative mindset with a focus on adding value WHY THIS ROLEDirect exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making High-impact position with visibility across the business Opportunity to shape reporting, processes, and data integrity Growth-oriented environment with clear progression potential Hybrid flexibility in a collaborative team setting COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive base salary (commensurate with experience) Health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company contribution HSA/FSA options (including childcare savings) Paid time off and company holidayshttps://www.kiwa.com/us/en-us/
