You will work closely with leadership and our sales team to help manage deal flow, improve follow-up, support client and vendor communication, and keep internal operations running efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack active sales opportunities, proposals, and deals in progressHelp manage follow-up with prospective clients, existing clients, builders, designers, and trade partnersSupport communication with our existing book of business to identify service needs, upgrades, referrals, and new opportunitiesHelp improve the speed, consistency, and organization of our sales processManage and route incoming company communication, including sales, customer service, vendor, and general office requestsSupport back-office organization, documentation, workflows, scheduling, and internal processesAssist leadership with administrative, organizational, and project coordination tasks as neededWho We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate is:Highly organized and detail-orientedA strong written and verbal communicatorProactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking initiativeProfessional, personable, and client-service focusedComfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, growing companyAble to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistentlyInterested in long-term growth in sales, operations, client relations, or business developmentExperience in sales support, office management, operations, customer service, project coordination, or administrative leadership is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, organization, and communication skills are most important.Growth OpportunityThis role has significant room to grow.
