This position supports production by minimizing downtime and performing preventative maintenance on washers, dryers, conveyors, boilers, compressors, and other machinery.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Perform preventative maintenance on laundry machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsInspect equipment regularly to identify issues and prevent breakdownsRepair washers, dryers, conveyors, presses, boilers, and related machineryRespond quickly to maintenance requests and production downtimeMaintain maintenance logs and repair recordsEnsure all repairs and maintenance comply with OSHA and safety regulationsAssist with installation of new equipment and machinery upgradesMaintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areasMonitor facility systems including plumbing, electrical, air compressors, and HVACWork closely with production supervisors to maintain operational efficiencyQualifications:Previous maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or laundry facility preferredKnowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsAbility to troubleshoot equipment issues efficientlyBasic welding and fabrication experience is a plusAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentStrong attention to detail and safety proceduresAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexible schedule, including overtime or weekends if neededPreferred Skills:Experience with industrial laundry equipmentBoiler and air compressor knowledgePLC troubleshooting experience preferredBilingual English/Spanish is a plusWork Environment:Industrial laundry production environmentExposure to heat, noise, steam, and moving machineryFast-paced production settingBenefits/PerksFlexible Schedule Competitive PayCareer Advancement 5 Sick DaysMedical , Dental , VisionSchedule:Full-TimeShift availability may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
