This role serves as a key administrative and compliance support partner to site leadership, ensuring accurate HR processes, personnel data integrity, and a positive employee onboarding experience in a healthcare environment.The HR Support Specialist II will play an integral role in maintaining compliance with employment regulations and Sodexo policies while supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle.What You'll DoMaintain personnel files and employee data in accordance with Sodexo policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standardsSupport pre-employment and onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and system entryEnsure compliance with employment regulations, HR policies, and documentation requirementsProcess and verify employment eligibility using E-Verify (preferred experience)Provide HR systems support, including data entry, updates, reporting, and auditsAssist employees with benefits information and general HR inquiries; escalate complex issues as appropriatePartner with site leadership and HR partners to support staffing changes, terminations, and employee status updatesWhat We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
