Lead Product Manager

Our Financial Services client is seeking a Lead Product Manager to join their team for the next 6 months, 40 hours/week. This role is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in New York, NY.Role SummaryThe Lead Product Manager for the Enterprise Communications Platform is responsible for owning, evolving, and scaling the systems that power millions of customer touchpoints across email, SMS, and push notifications. This role drives the multi-year platform strategy, roadmap, and governance framework that enables Marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver personalized, compliant, and coordinated customer journeys.
