Job Title - Supply Chain Project CoordinatorLocation - Covington, GADuration - 12+ Months ContractTotal Hours/week - 40.001st ShiftThe Supply Chain Project Coordinator will assist the Supply Chain Project Manager in the management of the Arches (SAP implementation) Project at the Global Distribution Center in Covington, GA. Maintain work schedules, organize, effectively communicate, participate in shareholder meetings, and ensure all deadlines for Arches project are met.Responsibilities Support Arches Project implementation management in all phases which include design, testing, data entry, systems & infrastructure upgrades, change control, business readiness and go-live. Work independently to deliver on responsibilities in collaboration with the Project Manager. Propose improvements/solutions to project phases. Build an effective working relationship with DC Operations leadership team. Coordinate Microsoft Teams meetings and track attendances. Take meeting minutes, distribute, and follow up actionable items of these meetings with different stakeholders. Create, maintain & follow-up on report updates. Upload, create and maintain files in SharePoint/Teams folders. Perform other project related tasks as assigned by Project Manager.Position RequirementsExperience Project management support: meetings coordination, planning, communication with stakeholders, documentation of meeting minutes and project status Quality management system experience specifically working knowledge of performing changes to standard operating procedures (SOP)/work instructions (WI) Highly desirable ERP (SAP) & WMS experience Working experience in a fast-paced distribution environment preferredCompetencies Computer Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project, SAP & HighJump (WMS) Strong interpersonal skills such as leadership, conflict management, reliability, people skills, responsibility, well organized, commitment, teamwork, work under pressure, results oriented, attention to detail and quality performance. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate well between multiple departments/facilities as well as with Supervisors/Managers/Directors at the Global Distribution Center.Education Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of project planningCertificationsN/AOther RequirementsRequired to work physically at Covington GA Distribution Center
