Server/Bartender

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, vibrant environment. *Responsibilities* * Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience * Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms * Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with precision * Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales * Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper presentation standards and adhering to food safety protocols * Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and resetting tables to ensure a clean and inviting environment * Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover * Demonstrate excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall guest happiness *Experience* * Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred * Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous * Experience with cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits service, and beverage presentation is a plus * Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours * Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally * Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing transactions and managing tabs * Experience in fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants is desirable Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
