We want to acquire team members who take pride in their work, who want to learn and grow and who come to work every day ready to win for our customers and the team.Primary purpose of the role:The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.Primary Roles and Responsibilities:Project InitiationEducate customers on reconstruction processProject PlanningIdentify and document project scope of workReview estimatesReview budgetsProject ExecutionCreate project schedule and timelineIdentify and qualify subcontractors and resource providersNegotiate terms and set expectationsPlan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractorsSchedule all subcontractors and material suppliersEnsure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of workCustomer SatisfactionBe responsible for customer service and management of the customer experienceCompile and resolve punch list itemsPerform final walk-through with customerMinimum Experience Requirements:3+ years experience in restoration and/or construction preferredSuperb customer service track recordEffective written and oral communicationEducation Intermediate math skillsValid Driver's LicenseComputer literate to work with our job management software programsMinimum Education Requirements:High school diploma/GEDCollege Degree (Preferred)Physical and Work Environment Requirements:Walking and/or standing throughout the dayFrequent driving and sittingOccasionally climbing laddersGreat benefits:Paid Time OffHealth, Dental, & Vision InsuranceMatching 401(K) PlanJob Type: Full-timePay: Starting at $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experienceAll job offers are contingent on passing a drug screen and background check.
