On offer is a hands-on specialist role where your assembly expertise will be valued and recognised. You will be responsible for tearing down and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders to exacting standards, seal installation, torque application, alignment checks, stroke verification, and pre-test inspection. Your eye for detail and refusal to cut corners will directly influence the quality reputation of a division being built around doing things the right way. This role would suit a skilled Mechanic, Hydraulic Technician, or Heavy Equipment Assembler who wants to join something at the start, be recognised as the standard-setter on the floor, and grow with a team that's going places.
