Outpatient Therapist (OPT)

SummaryWe are hiring a full-time Outpatient Therapists to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across community settings. This role includes conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy. Ideal candidates are Medicaid-approved providers and eligible to join private insurance panels. Flexibility to serve clients in-office, at home, and in the community is essential.What You'll DoConduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client.Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using goal-specific, evidence-based interventions.Deliver urgent care and crisis intervention as needed.Collaborate with clinical team members, primary care providers, and external partners to coordinate integrative care.Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.Participate in clinical supervision, staff development, and quality assurance activities.Manage insurance panels and ensure practice compliance with departmental guidelines.Assess client progress and coordinate additional supports and resources as necessary.How You'll Make a Difference As a full-time Outpatient Therapist, you'll play a vital role in supporting the mental health of individuals and families.
