Role:- AV Support SpecialistLocation:- Santa Clara, CA -Day 1 from OnsiteMode of Hire:- Full TimeJob DescriptionQualifications: Experienced in AV installations (cable management, device add, move, change) and operations support (daily test and break fix support) in a large corporate environment and an understanding of audio/video signal flowUnderstanding of basic networking technology, video transmission over networkBe able to troubleshoot video conference roomsExperience in conference room support and weekly health checkCrestron conference room control system experienceResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have a track record of supporting AV operations in a commercial enterprise environment, has expertise in AV systems along with excellent interpersonal and written communication skillsProvide break fix and troubleshooting support for AV systems and related technologies in the conference rooms, offices, and specialty spacesExpert in AV systems and devices installation and proactive operations maintenance serviceSupport daily room sweeps and related escalations of conference rooms, digital signages, LED walls, meeting spaces, etcShowcasing your expertise with a range of hardware components and software applications, from Crestron and poly and QSCProvide support for events setup and decommissionService Conference Rooms (Teams) and User Cubical for break\fix, resolve issues, triage incidents and requests of various IT ServicesSupport commissioning/installation and turnover of new conference rooms and other AV areasWork with projectors, sound systems, microphones, sound mixing equipment, overhead projectors, video equipment, adjust amplifiers, video screens, virtual conferencing systems, AV racks, and speakersTracking and coordination of Conference Room upgrade/new installInvestigate and troubleshoot issues with Audio/Video equipmentEngage required OEM support to investigate and resolve the issue
