Business Analyst

Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Dublin, CA (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite per week)Duration: 4-Month Contract (with possible extension)Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support reporting and testing initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and the report development team to ensure reporting accuracy, testing effectiveness, and smooth deployment. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.Key Responsibilities:Document reporting requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.Create and maintain testing scenarios for pre-UAT and UAT phases.Support execution of UAT with business teams, ensuring testing is completed as planned.Maintain the Issues Tracker and provide weekly testing status updates.Define and complete UAT exit criteria with various business groups.Support initial stages of deployment to ensure reporting and system stability.Facilitate effective business communication and coordinate with the report development team.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience as a Business Analyst in reporting or data-related projects.Strong knowledge of UAT processes, issue tracking, and test case creation.Ability to validate and analyze data with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills to interact with both business and technical teams.Strong organizational and coordination skills.Experience in documentation and stakeholder management.
