Coordinates and collaborates to provide leadership within the center to support high-quality outcomes for all clients. Leads daily team huddles to provide updates and unite the team on the vision and mission of the company. Leads Weekly Clinic Navigator and Clinical Director Huddles to ensure systems and processes for supporting therapists and parents are of the highest quality. Oversees clinic safety through regular BIP reviews and team Safety Care TrainingWorks in collaboration with Chief Clinical Officer to help develop plans to support BCBAs and therapists growth and learning. Develops meaningful training to promote growth across the clinic.Supports and oversees Quarterly Reviews for RBTs and BCBAsProvides leadership and support to the Clinic Navigator to ensure all clinic operations are performed at the highest level. Reviews weekly schedules to ensure maximum therapist utilization.Demonstrates ultimate ownership of clinic trends and metrics and works with Clinic Navigator to develop and propose solutions that fit the unique needs of the center. Coordinates New Hire Training with BCBAs and Lead Therapists to Ensure Superior Therapist Training and Onboarding ExperienceIdentifies the appropriate training schedule for new team membersAssigns new hires to BCBAs for Team Pod in coordination Facilitates new hire training to obtain a skills checklist and culture checklist at 90% by the end of three-weeks. Supports new hires in the completion of RBT training prior to the 90-day review.Updates and improves new-hire training with other Clinical Directors as necessary to improve on-boarding and training experience. Provides BCBA team oversight to foster exceptional outcomes for all clients.Collaborates with BCBAs to support exceptional client outcomes through mentorship and oversightBuilds rapport and provides exceptional leadership and guidance to the BCBA team. Supports Chief Clinical Officer in the development of meaningful CEUs to foster BCBA skill growth. Reviews authorizations and new client treatment plans as needed to check for quality standardsProvides monthly client case spot checks for quality standards. Provides on-going mentorship and leadership to BCBA team to ensure that quality standards are met. Reports Monthly Clinic Metrics to Chief Clinical Officer to ensure high-quality therapy across all locationsAttends one full parent training and one full in-session overlap with BCBAs each month at minimum.Conducts Semi-Annual Reviews for BCBAs with Chief Clinical Officer Supports BCBA Team by assisting in the design and execution of outstanding supervision for BCBA Interns and RBTsOversees all BACB Rules and Regulations for Supervisees and RBTs and modifies team expectations as necessaryCollaborates with BCBA to ensure quality intern supervision is provided.Provides leadership and oversight of interns and provides coaching as needed to gain skills to become an outstanding BCBA. Demonstrates exceptional individual case management and personal leadership. Supervises three to five clients on personal caseload (10-15 billable hours).
