This includes development and execution of category reviews, promotional analysis, and consumer insights.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Provide detailed category and brand insight. Provide Regular business performance reporting. Assist with development and implementation of assortment, merchandising and pricing recommendations. Provide promotional performance analysis Provide market insights through the collection of relevant local and global market trends and shopper research techniques. Provide client support Analytics Team support Other Duties as Assigned Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field experience 5+ years’ experience in a Sales, Marketing or Analyst role Ability to work well in a team environment Must be self-motivated Possess excellent communication and organization skills Project a professional image, and interact effectively with all levels within the organization and client Excellent verbal and written presentation skills Ability to analyze and understand the data and then effectively communicate those insights to both internal and external audiences Interest and ability to relocate as necessary Proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, and Word Working knowledge of AC Nielsen, IRI CPG environmental experience Direct customer experience Experience utilizing data: POS Retailer Specific, Panel and other consumer-based data providers Work Environment: Office settingPhysical Demands:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
