Duties Design, develop, and deliver advanced training modules focused on integrated systems for university-level students and professionals Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and practical exercises that promote active learning and critical thinking Assess learner progress through evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance metrics to ensure mastery of course material Collaborate with academic staff and industry experts to refine curriculum content and incorporate the latest technological advancements Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and instructional outcomes for continuous improvement Support the integration of new training tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences Provide mentorship and guidance to students and trainees, fostering a stimulating educational environment Qualifications Proven experience in delivering advanced systems training within academic or professional settings Strong knowledge of integrated systems concepts across multiple disciplines such as engineering, information technology, or related fields Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and engagingly Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum content tailored to diverse learner needs Experience working in university environments or with academic institutions is highly desirable Ability to adapt teaching methods based on audience feedback and evolving industry standards A passion for education, innovation, and empowering learners to achieve their full potential Required Secret clearance Experience writing and reviewing complex technical material Recent instructor experience within the last 5 years, or equivalent instructor training before start Must be certified through the instructor certification process Must understand the instructional systems approach to training and education Must be proficient in curriculum development related to the operation and tactical employment of the supported systems.
