This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. This role will be an employee of Dever, LLC (Dever Golf Car Sales & Rentals | Lexington & Louisville, KY), however, they will also spend half of their time working with Mission Golf Cars (Mission Golf Cars - San Antonio, TX - Featuring E-Z-GO, Cushman, Garia and Bad Boy Off-Road Golf Carts, ATVs and UTVs). Dever and Mission are both portfolio companies of VCP Management, and this role will work out of VCP Management’s office in St. Louis, MO.
The Corporate Development Analyst will work closely with our VCP leadership, on Mergers & Acquisitions, Creation of a robust warranty/service agreement program, and working with the logistics side of our business to develop a standalone entity. This position needs someone that has a good mix of finance/accounting, corporate contracts/legal, solid business acumen, and has a high-level understanding of Excel.

Corporate Development Analyst Qualifications:
1-8 years of experience in business roles spanning finance or accounting and operations
3-5 years of management and coaching experience with direct reports
Proven growth in roles and responsibilities throughout their career
Highly organized with high accountability for their responsibilities
Able to work independently most of the day
Ability to partner with internal stakeholders that are not direct reports and hold them accountable for completing agreed upon tasks
Eager to learn and understand large amounts of information
Corporate Development Analyst Job Requirements:
Strong project management skills with the ability to follow up with internal and external stakeholders to see initiatives through to completion
Strong financial acumen with proficient understanding of financial statements and typical operational KPIs
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with multiple on-going initiatives
Strong Microsoft office skills, especially excel
Prior experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required
Prior exposure to merger and acquisition experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
