More than 40,000 clubs in 90+ countries record their games every week.We are looking for a French-speaking Soccer fan who is passionate about helping coaches, players, and fans level up their game.The role focuses on customer success: supporting customers via email, phone, and chat, resolving tickets, maintaining low response times, and contributing to process improvement.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer requests clearly and comprehensively as a front-line supporter via email, phone, and chat.Support the second line team by resolving general tickets and forwarding only complex ones to the next level.Adhere to KPIs for a low response time, minimal backlog, and high customer satisfaction.Communicate relevant customer feedback and issues within the support team using the proper escalation flows and channels.Provide feedback for optimizing the processes that we currently use.Preferred QualificationsFluency in French and English is a requirement.Experience in customer-facing roles.Experience with tech support and/or product support.Excellent written communication skills.Love of Soccer.Passionate about helping people and making them succeed.Solution-oriented mindset and a structured approach to work.Familiarity with customer service tools is an advantage.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can cope with constant change.$46,800 - $50,400 a yearLocation: Miami.
