Job Title: UiPath Solution Architect (RPA Architect)Locations: Malvern, PA -Only Locals (2nd round Face 2 Face interview)Duration: Long Term on W2Experience: 10+ Years NOTE:Are you willing to attend a face-to-face interview for the second round?Independent Visa Only.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced UiPath Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UiPath architecture, governance, and advanced automation capabilities, along with the ability to drive end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end UiPath automation architectures for enterprise solutionsDefine and enforce automation standards, best practices, and governance frameworksArchitect scalable solutions using Reframe work, custom frameworks, and reusable componentsLead UiPath Orchestrator setup and design (tenants, folders, queues, assets, triggers)Evaluate automation feasibility and application stability, especially for dynamic web applicationsDetermine optimal automation approach (UI automation vs API vs integrations)Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutionsImplement robust exception handling, logging, and retry mechanismsWork closely with business, IT, security, and infrastructure teamsProvide technical leadership, including code reviews, mentoring, and design guidanceContribute to automation roadmap, estimations, and risk assessmentsFollow and promote Agile/Scrum methodologiesDrive adoption of advanced capabilities like UiPath IXP and Agentic AutomationRequired Skills (Must-Have)10+ years of experience in IT with strong RPA experience (UiPath)Minimum 3+ years as UiPath Solution ArchitectStrong hands-on experience in UiPath IXP (Intelligent Document Processing)Expertise in selectors, OCR, queues, assets, and credential managementStrong experience in Python scripting for automation, data processing, or integrationsDeep understanding of UiPath REFramework and framework design principlesExperience in UiPath Orchestrator architecture and managementStrong experience in automation design, scalability, and performance optimizationHands-on experience with exception handling and logging strategiesExperience with version control tools (Git, Azure DevOps)Experience working with JIRA for tracking and Agile deliveryGood to Have SkillsExperience with other RPA tools: Automation Anywhere, Blue PrismKnowledge of UiPath Agentic AutomationExposure to API integrations and enterprise system integrationsExperience in cloud-based automation deployments
