We are looking for an experienced e-commerce Business Solutions Analyst to join our team as a key player within our project delivery team. The Business Solutions Analyst will use their expertise to work with customers to understand their business processes, requirements and overall business needs to provide a recommended solution.Working hours: M-F 10-6 EST (9-5 CST)Position Type: Full-time.Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAMPTO: 3+ weeksType of contract: independent contractor.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions, guiding client stakeholders through conversations to understand the requirements and business needs for the ecommerce site functionality and integrationsGather, evaluate and document business needs and requirements and translate these into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCollaborate with business, technical, and user experience stakeholders to manage requirements throughout the development cycleSupport User Acceptance Testing phaseWork closely with Engineering team members to ensure features are accurately developed and releasedGenerate technical documentation to support client learning and feature utilizationSkills & Experiencee-Commerce experience REQUIRED.Shopify and Shopify Plus experience REQUIRED.Services agency experience.Client facing - great/C1 English REQUIRED.Experience with eCommerce integrations - i.e., with ERP, OMS, WMS, CRM systems.Ability to work on numerous different assignments at one time with demonstrated follow through, attention to detail and commitment to customer service.Experience working in an agile environment.Previous experience as a Business Analysis or relevant Product Owner experience REQUIRED.
